Riyadh Elm University is the first private healthcare educational institution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The university started in 2004 and went through several stages. It began under the name of Riyadh College of Dentistry and Private Pharmacy, then transformed into Riyadh Colleges of Dentistry and Pharmacy in 2009, and was transformed into Riyadh Elm University by Cabinet Resolution No. 228 dated 05/06/1439 AH. The university includes the College of Medicine and Dentistry, the College of Pharmacy, Nursing and Medical Sciences, in addition to graduate programs.

It includes seven bachelor’s programs in addition to a master’s degree in various specializations in dentistry and pharmacy.

The university has eight training centers accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties in various dental specialties.

The university obtained institutional and programmatic accreditation from the Education and Training Evaluation Commission in 2010 AD, and it was renewed until 2024 AD.

The university is constantly seeking to develop its educational, training and community programs and to extend cooperation with various governmental and private entities in everything that would contribute to the comprehensive renaissance witnessed by our beloved country.
