Our Campus

UOWD’s new ‘Campus of the Future’ aims to cater to the anticipated surge in international students as the world adopts a more globalised approach to higher education.

Situated in the heart of Dubai’s business district, Dubai Knowledge Park, and among some of the most well-known multinational companies in the world, it is an ideal setting that encourages knowledge sharing through academia-industry collaborations.

Dubai Knowledge Park is located adjacent to other industrial clusters – Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City, the regions innovations, technology and media hubs and home to more than 2,700 registered companies including regional and global news and tech giants such as IBM, Microsoft, Huawei, CNN and many more.

UOWD’s new campus features a modern architectural design that combines traditional and innovative learning spaces, and fitted out with cutting-edge technologies to facilitate the teaching of the university’s best-in-class programs, the new campus is set to offer an enriching educational experience that meets the demands of today’s student population.

The campus is equipped with the newest technology and infrastructure that supports blended learning. Through combining online educational materials and opportunities for interaction with traditional classroom-based methods, students from around the world are now able to interact and also benefit from being inside the classroom or laboratory.

The campus includes dedicated learning and meeting rooms, small classrooms that can accommodate up to 40 students, large classrooms for up to 80 students, an exhibition space, a recruitment lounge, a student lounge, an ultramodern auditorium and a café – all under one roof. The premises also house laboratories specialising in chemistry, thermodynamics, manufacturing, physics, robotics, media and communications, cybersecurity, networking and gaming, to name a few.
