General objectives and scientific research strategy

1- Striving to be included in international rankings.

Attracting academic cadres to achieve quality education.

Developing infrastructure and educational laboratories and providing periodic maintenance.

Training scientific cadres according to specific scientific curricula.

The university seeks to obtain national and international institutional accreditation.

6- Achieving community partnership, sustainability, and entrepreneurship through applied research and community service.

Ensuring the quality of the educational process through the application of teaching and learning strategies.

Encouraging instructors to conduct applied scientific research through a clear and effective scientific plan.

The University Council is the highest academic and administrative body in the university. It is headed by the university president and includes in its membership the academic and administrative assistant, deans, assistants, and representatives of the founding body, the teaching staff, and students. It meets monthly and makes decisions and recommendations and sends them to the ministry for approval and ratification.

Acceptance of admission requirements.
Determine the number of students proposed to be accepted at the beginning of each academic year.
Approving the curricula and submitting them to the Ministry.
Approval of the plan to provide educational supplies
Determine tuition fees.
Managing, investing and disposing of college funds in accordance with the college’s objectives
Appointing and dismissing an assistant to the dean, heads of departments or branches
Recommendation to extend the Dean’s term of service
Awarding graduates with academic degrees
